Scottish Home Inspections is led by a BSc-qualified Civil Engineer with extensive experience within the UK construction industry.
His early career included delivering large residential developments, including projects involving hundreds of traditional brick and block homes.
He later progressed to leading teams within a major UK construction company, overseeing new-build and redevelopment projects worth many millions of pounds.
Other members of the SHI team also bring significant experience in both traditional and timber-frame housing — a practical, senior-level construction background that sets SHI apart from standard checklist-style inspection services.
